My design work includes everything from graphics to concept design.
The No Show Gallery
“Often, subtle pieces of work get lost among more dominant ones. The idea of the show is to convince the viewer to discover the work rather than it being handed to them, opposing immediate gratification. The gallery space is meant to appear empty, but intrigue the observer to further explore the space.”
For this show I did everything from the concept design to curation to gallery set up and lighting design.
Slack How to Book
This was a book that I made to give to other AIAS members to help them to learn Slack. Slack is the main source of communication for AIAS presidents and chapters, so it supplies many of the basics as well as some fun, more advanced abilities of the program. Click the cover to see more!
Service Learning Poster: Revision Urban Farm
My work with Revision Urban Farm sprouted from service learning required by a class called Environmental Forum. The course is a requirement for the Colleges of the Fenway Sustainability Minor, and includes 12 service learning hours. I thankfully got the opportunity to work with this wonderful company and have established a relationship with them.
Longwood Medical Area Bikelanes
For this project we were given the task of solving the issue of lack of cycling safety in the Longwood Medical Area. After doing interviews as well as extensive research, I concluded that the solution would include creating a sense of community around health and wellness; and to make education of health and safety accessible to community member, thus encouraging healthier and safe life choices.
AIAS Boston Graphics
As a co-founder of AIAS Boston, I became responsible for the graphics. This includes the logo, posters, meeting agendas, etc. that help to explain its place within AIAS and its purpose in the Boston community.
